Your Money. Your Choices. Your Future.

Women and Money is a financial empowerment workshop created specifically for women who are survivors of domestic abuse and harmful practices.
The workshop provides a safe, supportive space to explore money without judgment. Participants are supported to build financial confidence, understand their rights and develop practical skills to manage their finances in ways that feel empowering and achievable.
Through discussion and practical guidance, the workshop helps women reconnect with their sense of choice, control, and independence. It recognises the unique barriers survivors may face — including financial control, limited access to resources, and cultural or language barriers.
This workshop is about more than money. It is about autonomy and supporting women to move forward at their own pace toward financial wellbeing and freedom.
