Women's Only Well-Being Groups are Back!

New Year, new resolutions!

KMEWO’s successful women only well-being groups are back this year with a new series of 7 sessions every Tuesday from the 9th of January to 20th of February between 10am-12pm.

Our survivors will come together with an aim to share and learn from their own experiences, while they will have the chance to get useful insights of stress free techniques, better sleep, how to reduce financial stress and more!
