Kurdish and Middle Eastern Women’s Organisation (KMEWO) came together 24 years ago with an aim to provide holistic services supporting Black and Minoritised Women, survivors of Domestic Abuse and other Harmful Practices, through their journey towards safety, recovery and rebuild. As an accredited ‘led by and for’ women’s organisation striving for equality, safety, justice and empowerment, our mission is to ensure that Kurdish, Middle Eastern and North African (KMENA) women living in the UK are supported and empowered to achieve a better standard of life, free from any violence and with legal freedoms intact.

We are currently looking for a full-time VAWG Adviser and Caseworker to join our small but expanding women’s only team. If you are passionate about Black and Minoritised women’s rights and you would like to be at the forefront of VAWG services, KMEWO is the right workplace for you!
