KMEWO’s Newsletter for January- February is finally out!

We would like to take a moment to express our deep condolences and sympathy to the families affected by the earthquake in Turkey and Syria the previous month.

The last two months were very busy and fruitful for our charitable organisation! Indicatively:

A visit to remember by Jeremy Corbyn at our premises in Caxton House, new as well as ongoing projects and events,
an award reflecting the hard work of KMEWO’s Deputy Director, Gona Saed, the inspiring speech of Sawsan Salim, Director at KMEWO, at Islington North Party and the entry into force of Marriage and Civil Partnership (Minimum Age) Act 2023, a legislative outcome of the extensive  opening the way for the Ban of child Marriage.
